- Compliance Specialist, Part Time
Details:
- 8-10 Hours Every Week
- 4 Inspections
- 175 Miles Round Trip
Location:
- North East corner of New Jersey and South East corner of New York
- INSPECTIONS WILL BE DONE WEEKLY IN COUNTIES OF MORRIS AND PASSAIC IN NEW JERSEY AND ORANGE AND PUTNAM IN NEW YORK.
Daily Tasks:
- Maintain a given route schedule depending on area circumstances, needs and requirements
- Conduct all inspections during daylight hours
- Work out of your vehicle
- Conduct assigned inspections
- Conduct rain-event inspections
- Complete inspection reports
- Conduct Site & Technical Assessment with write-ups
- Respond to phone calls and emails
- Respond to manager requests
- Other tasks as assigned
- Available during holiday season
Required Skills:
- Personal Computer Literacy
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal and Custom Service skills to interface with construction Superintendents and Project Managers
Required Certifications:
- Trinity Green Certified Storm Water Inspector Course
Job Description:
- Inspecting client construction and other sties for compliance with EPA and other regulatory agency regulations
- Preparing accurate and correct inspection reports that do not require manual quality audit
- Utilizing proprietary Inspection Report Form
- Executing inspection process and delivery per the established company protocol
- Submitting inspection reports on time and with required documentation
- Delivery copies of reports as required by Trintly Green Services
- Reporting new construction activity to Manager
- Maintaining a positive and professional attllude and appearance in conducting your responsibilities on behalf of the Develop a relationship with construction site personnel
